💟 CUTEST HIGH PAW! 💟 I just love how natural and perfect this moment is 😘💕💕 However, if you look at the top “before” version, the bright lamp post is distracting and too close to Niko mummy’s face. It was very challenging for me to shift angle while lying down + trying to capture the moment. So I reminded myself to fix the lamp post in post production. After I’ve removed the lamp post, your eyes will be able to focus much better at the bonding between them.
Usually, the amount of time I take to do photo-processing after each shoot takes around 6-8 hours, it’s pain-staking work indeed. This is just a behind-the-scene look at the effort that goes behind each photo that nobody will ever know. But now you know! 😊
It’s Shadow’s 18th barkday today & we celebrated it at East Coast Park! 😀 The days leading to this shoot has been tough for Shadow as he was suddenly hospitalised due to his failing kidneys. Thankfully, he got better and his vet allowed his mummy to check him out yesterday, to make it for this morning’s photo shoot. It was a challenging shoot as Shadow can’t see nor hear much, and he got tired and fell asleep a few times. However, Shadow did his very best. I can see it through my viewfinder how hard he tried to lift his head and open his eyes big and round for us, even though he is tired. Shadow, at 18 yrs-old is equivalent to 100 in human years but he still has that handsome boyish charm, and I am really glad I have captured that today. Jia you Shadow! 💟 P.S. Yes that’s the no. 18th rock platform at East Coast Beach! 😉
UPDATE 15th MAY : Just came back from visiting Shadow (18 yr-old JRT) earlier in the evening at his home for photo-viewing! Very happy to see that Shadow is doing much better now! Isn’t Shadow photogenic and super handsome in this peekture?
It’s Bui Bui’s 6th Barkday today! 😀💕 His pawrents wanted this to be a special and fun day for Bui Bui so they swing by to C.S.Ling Photography studio this afternoon for a fun studio shoot! 😄 I asked his pawrents how Bui Bui got his name. He used to be really chubby when younger (20kg!) But now he has slim down to 10-ish kg! Looking handsome, Bui Bui! 😀
This is the first time I’ve met and photograph an American Hairless Terrier! I had so much fun preparing, shooting and editing this shoot! The floral crown that I’ve hand-made looks so pawfect on the American Hairless Terrier sisters! 2 yr-old Sookie and 11 yr-old Sandy! 😍💕💕
Skippy may be wise in years at 14 yr old but he is still a bundle of energy and loves to skip wherever he goes! 😊 We had such a great time in the park and studio yesterday! During car rides, he just stayed on my lap calmly. Even when his mommy went out of the car to buy something, he appears concerned but calm and didn’t jump ard or bark. However, when we are on a big green field, he would skip, jump and run like a teenager! So adorable!
Skippy is one of the most pawfect gentleman I have ever met!:D
